o make shopping more comfortable for all visitors, we are introducing Quiet Hours. Every Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, we will reduce noise levels and sensory stimuli by turning off background music, limiting public announcements, and minimising other sources of noise.
This initiative is designed to create a more welcoming and accessible environment for people who are sensitive to noise and sensory input, including autistic people, older people, and anyone who prefers a calmer shopping experience.
